Enrollment Procedure, Policy & Forms

Enrollment is based on a first come first serve basis.

• In order to reserve your spot in a class, you must submit an enrollment for and a deposit of 50% the class fee you have selected.

• The remaining balance is due at your first faux finishing class.

• You will receive a phone or email confirmation as soon as your enrollment form and deposit are received.

• Enrollment cannot be confirmed without a deposit.

• Maximum of 5 students per class, so advanced advanced enrollment is advised.

• Should your enrollment form and deposit arrive for a class that is full, you will be contacted to reschedule or your payment returned to you.

If the start date of a class you have enrolled in is rescheduled by Faux & Beyond you will be given the option of attending at that time or a full refund of your deposit.

Refund Policy

A 14-day minimum notice of cancelation required to receive a full refund of your deposit.

If required notice is not given, Faux & Beyond offers 2 options;

• Apply your deposit amount to the same course the next time that the course is offered (normally the following year)

• Apply your deposit to another scheduled course for a period of up to one year from the start date of the course you originally enrolled in.

Checks should be made out to F.O.R.L.  Call Lou Ann at 256-772-8436 if you wish to pay with Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card.  Do not mail any credit card information with your enrollment form.
